The DCFR Young Professionals Committee is facilitating a panel to look at Colorado water management. Specifically, the goal is to explore issues such as overuse of water, the tension between commercial use and agriculture use, inequality in access to clean water, loss of the Colorado Water Basin, and the Colorado River Compact. To gain a valuable perspective, we are overlaying these topics with similar international issues to gain insights on what Colorado might be able to do better in the future.

Moderated by: Bruce Finley: Denver Post Staff Writer

Panelists:

- Sarah Nelson: Founder of Protect Our Rivers

- Tim Steele: President of TDS Consulting

- Tom Romero: Associate Professor of Law and Affiliated Faculty Department of History | Director Interdisciplinary Research Institute for the Study of Inequality
