The DCFR-YPC invites you on Saturday, May 11th at 12:00 PM for the Eurovision Grand Finale! Please join us at The Celtic Tavern (1400 Market St, Denver, CO 80202) for an afternoon of flare, drama, trivia, and refreshments.
Feel free to pop in whenever you get a chance! The finale will be going on for a few hours with musical acts back to back starting at 1pm MT.
Eurovision is the world’s largest live music event. It is a nearly 70-year-old contest featuring 37 countries competing for best song. This year, Sweden hosts the contest, marking the 50th anniversary since Swedish supergroup ABBA won with the international hit “Waterloo” (wa, wa, wa, wa, Waterloo!). In the decades since ABBA won, the contest has featured generations of musical talent—including Celine Dion in 1988.
